This is a depression of tropical storm colin. This storm occured due to a northern cool front colliding into a southern warm front. It Swirled counter-clockwise in the Atlantic, threatening to reach New Brunswick. It did not cause any major damage. Just strong winds and heavy rain.Monday, November 7, 2011
