Ice Storm of 1998

The ice storm of '98 covered Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick with 3-4 inches of ice. Transmission towers, hydro wires, and trees fell down, and some power outages were up to a month long. This was the most expensive natural disaster in Canada, and directly affected more people than any other previous weather event in Canada's history.
