This is a photo of hurricane Irene. It formed on August 20, 2011 and hit the coast of Florida on the 27 of August and then finally dissipating on August 29, 2011 after hitting New Jerseyand New York.Throughoutits path, Irene caused widespread distruction and at least 56 deaths. Estimates for damage in the United States range from $10 to $15 billions US dollars.
